Steel Truss Manufacturing
Precision-manufactured cold-formed steel trusses, wall panels, and framing components are built from coordinated models to improve fit, reduce on-site cutting, and support faster installation.
Frame X Systems delivers architect-led, installation-ready cold-formed steel roof, floor, and framing systems for Texas projects. From early design review through precision manufacturing and sequenced delivery, our team helps reduce field labor, clashes, waste, and change orders. Dallas–Fort Worth builders, architects, and developers gain coordinated components designed to keep demanding construction schedules moving with greater predictability.

Coordinated cold-formed steel design, manufacturing, and delivery services for installation-ready building framing packages.

Structural design and engineering for load-bearing walls, roof systems, floors, and trusses, supported by code-compliant documentation and stamped structural packages for each project.
Three-dimensional BIM coordination aligns cold-formed steel framing with architectural, structural, and MEP systems, helping teams identify clashes before materials reach the jobsite.
Technical plan reviews identify framing conflicts, improve efficiency, and clarify installation requirements early, helping project teams minimize RFIs, field modifications, and change orders.
Installation-ready components are delivered in planned sequence to reduce site congestion, simplify material handling, and help crews maintain an organized construction workflow.
Upload project plans for preliminary scope review and budget pricing, giving owners, architects, and contractors a clearer view of framing feasibility and project requirements.
Frame X Systems turns coordinated project information into engineered, precision-manufactured cold-formed steel framing packages. Our architect-led team addresses constructability before construction, so roof and floor truss components arrive ready for installation. For Texas projects, including fast-moving Dallas–Fort Worth development, BIM coordination and sequenced delivery help crews avoid site congestion, reduce rework, and maintain a cleaner, more controlled build.

Principal Owner / Architect
Stephen Baker is the Principal Owner and Architect of Frame X Systems, bringing over 28 years of construction and architectural experience to the company he founded. As principal of both Frame X Systems and Baker Architects / Baker Studios, Stephen pioneered the architect-led approach to cold-formed steel framing, built on the belief that constructability challenges should be resolved before construction begins rather than during it. He leads the company's design philosophy, integrating BIM coordination and precision manufacturing to deliver installation-ready framing systems nationwide. Stephen is also a prolific educator, producing video content on construction cost savings, insulation techniques, risk management, and framing package specifications for architects, contractors, and developers. His vision continues to drive FrameX's mission of faster, cleaner, and more efficient construction outcomes for clients across the country.
Frame X Systems produces precision-built cold-formed steel framing components, including roof trusses, floor framing, load-bearing wall panels, and related structural elements. Each package is developed from coordinated project information rather than standard off-the-shelf assumptions. This approach supports residential, commercial, institutional, multifamily, custom home, and specialty building projects that need engineered, installation-ready framing.
